Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The associate will identify and engage prospective customers, present product and service offerings, and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into sales. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role involves achieving sales targets, tracking performance metrics,



and providing regular status updates to management. The associate is expected to represent Jade International professionally, build strong client relationships, and proactively seek new market opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven ability in customer relationship management, including identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and maintaining client accounts.
