Role Description This is a full-time, in office Management Trainee role based in Bhopal. The Management Trainee will support day-to-day operations across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer service, gaining exposure to various departments.



Responsibilities include assisting in production planning, tracking order status, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and helping implement process improvements. The role involves preparing reports, documenting workflows, learning standard operating procedures, and supporting compliance with safety and quality standards. The Management Trainee will work under the guidance of senior managers and mentors to develop managerial and leadership capabilities for future roles within the organization.
