Datacense trains 50,000+ working professionals and corporate teams (Michelin, Mercedes-Benz, GSK, Hilton) on Power BI, Excel, and AI. We're now expanding our AI programs — and we're looking for a trainer who can teach AI, Generative AI, and AI Agents in a way that actually makes sense to non-technical, working professionals.
If you can explain agentic workflows or GenAI tools without burying people in jargon, this is for you.

Deliver live training sessions (workshops, bootcamps) on AI, Generative AI, and AI Agents
Simplify complex AI concepts for beginners — business analysts, ops/finance/HR professionals, not developers
Build and refine hands-on exercises, demos, and use-cases (not theory-heavy slides)
Collaborate with our team on curriculum for upcoming AI programs

Real hands-on experience with AI tools, Generative AI, and AI agents/agentic workflows — not just theoretical knowledge
Prior experience training or teaching adults (corporate training, bootcamps, cohort-based courses, or similar)




Robust command of English — clear, confident, and able to simplify technical ideas for absolute beginners
Professional and punctual — reliable with scheduling and session timing
Able to teach a mixed room — people learn and absorb at different speeds, and you should be able to carry the whole group along
Comfortable managing a community — answering questions, keeping engagement going between sessions
Patient handling live-session doubts — can field questions calmly without making participants feel rushed or annoyed
Available on weekends
Comfortable with evening sessions to cover Europe and US client timings
Part-time preferred — but open to the right full-time fit too
