Role Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The BDM is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving growth for the company’s financial products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation,



conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in line with company policies. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure effective execution of business plans and achievement of revenue targets.
