Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive for a full time hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with some remote work flexibility. As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing strategies,



and ensuring consistent brand representation across online platforms. You will analyze social media performance metrics, engage with audiences, and stay up to date on the latest trends to optimize brand presence.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft engaging social media posts
Analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools for audience engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
A 1 year of experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry is a plus
Creativity, proactiveness, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
