Role Description As an Owner at Serentica, this full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area involves leading the overall strategic direction, growth, and performance of the business. The Owner will oversee major commercial decisions,



build and manage key partnerships, and guide the development of renewable energy projects from concept to execution. Daily responsibilities include reviewing operational and financial performance, aligning teams around long-term goals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. The role requires close collaboration with technical, commercial, and finance stakeholders to drive innovation, manage risks, and deliver reliable renewable energy solutions to industrial clients. The Owner will also represent the company in external forums, engage with investors and partners, and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in energy, infrastructure, or related industrial sectors, with a track record of managing complex, large-scale projects or businesses.
