Job Summary
Ourea is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our branding, digital marketing, and client projects. You will translate creative briefs into clear, engaging visual communication while maintaining consistency across distinct brand identities.
Key Responsibilities
Design branding collateral, social media creatives, presentations, brochures, posters, banners, and other digital and print materials
Create visual assets aligned with established brand guidelines
Support branding projects through logo applications, typography, colour palettes, and marketing collateral
Collaborate with the strategy, content, and creative teams to interpret briefs and develop effective design solutions
Prepare final artwork for digital publishing and print production
Incorporate internal and client feedback accurately and efficiently




Organise project files and complete assigned work within agreed timelines
Stay current with evolving design trends, tools, and visual communication practices
Required Skills
Sound understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Robust attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Good communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience may apply
A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and strong design fundamentals is required
