Job Description
We are looking for a Safety Supervisor to manage and monitor safety activities at project and maintenance sites in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain HIRA, Risk Assessment (RA), JSA, Work Permits, and safety reports.
Coordinate and obtain required work permits before starting work.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
Monitor compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and permit conditions.
Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT), safety inductions, and safety awareness programs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports and maintain safety records.
Report and assist in investigating incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and contractors on safety matters.




Supervise and guide the safety team and ensure proper work allocation and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, client standards, and applicable safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety, Safety Engineering, or related field.
Relevant safety certification such as NEBOSH/IOSH is preferred.
Experience in construction, engineering, fabrication, or industrial projects.
Valuable knowledge of HIRA, RA, JSA, Work Permit, and safety documentation.
Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
