We are hiring a hands-on Hardware Support Engineer specializing in Barcode and RFID technologies
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical enterprise hardware—including thermal barcode printers, RFID readers, portals, and mobile computers—ensuring seamless operational flow across supply chain and warehouse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and calibrate barcode scanners and RFID hardware (readers, antennas, portals).
Troubleshoot thermal printers (Zebra, Honeywell, SATO) and command languages (ZPL/EPL).
Diagnose network (Wi-Fi, Ethernet) and RF signal interference issues.
Integrate hardware with WMS/ERP systems and manage fleets via MDM tools (e.g., SOTI, StageNow).
