Role Description This is a full-time, in office Bank Officer Branch Banking role based in Rajkot. The Bank Officer will handle day-to-day branch operations, including customer onboarding, account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction processing. Responsibilities include providing prompt and accurate service at the counter, responding to customer inquiries,



and supporting sales of banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and insurance. The role involves assisting with documentation, compliance checks, and adherence to regulatory and internal policies. The Bank Officer will collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve business targets, maintain service quality, and support initiatives that enhance customer experience within the branch.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse customers.
Operational skills related to branch banking, including transaction handling, documentation, and basic cash management.
Knowledge of banking products and services, with an aptitude for cross-selling and supporting branch business growth.
Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Effective communication skills in English and local languages
