Role Description The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for leading the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems and power distribution networks for industrial facilities at the Mandideep site. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves preparing and reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, load calculations, and equipment selection to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant installations. The role includes overseeing project execution,



coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors, and conducting inspections and testing of electrical systems. The Senior Electrical Engineer will troubleshoot complex electrical issues, support maintenance activities, ensure adherence to relevant standards and codes, and mentor junior engineers and technicians. The individual will also contribute to project planning, cost estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives in electrical engineering practices.
Qualifications

Robust knowledge of core Electrical Engineering principles, including Electricity and Power Systems, with the ability to apply them to industrial environments.
Proficiency in Electrical Design and Power Distribution, including system layout, protection schemes, and equipment sizing.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
