Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for Head of Growth
You will own and drive profitable growth across D2C and marketplace channels. This role goes beyond running ads. You will be responsible for architecting scalable acquisition systems, understanding PnL, NPD, marketplaces, optimizing funnels, improving blended CAC, and driving contribution-focused revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube and other performance channels
Optimize blended MER, CAC and LTV
Improve website conversion rates, AOV and retention metrics




Manage marketplace advertising performance including ACOS and TACOS
Build structured experimentation frameworks across creatives and funnels
Leverage analytics and cohort data to unlock scalable growth
Brainstorm with creative team and make performance creatives
Collaborate closely with creative, product, supply chain and tech teams
Own weekly growth dashboards and revenue reporting
This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on topline and profitability.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing within a D2C or consumer brand
Must have independently handled and scaled Meta Ads budgets of ₹1 crore or more per month in previous roles
Proven experience driving user acquisition and retention profitably
Strong understanding of blended CAC, MER, LTV/CAC and contribution margin
Deep expertise in marketing analytics, web analytics and performance measurement
