Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test solutions across functional, regression, integration, and release testing efforts.
Define and manage test plans, test strategies, quality metrics, and results reporting for moderate to complex initiatives.
Review requirements, user stories, and technical work products to identify automation opportunities and ensure appropriate test coverage.
Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to help protect data and technology solutions from threats and vulnerabilities.




Establish and support test data, test setting, and release testing strategies in partnership with engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
Drive defect identification, tracking, triage, and resolution for moderate to complex issues, using critical thinking to remove blockers and improve product quality.
Align automation solutions with enterprise automated testing reference architecture and release management governance.
Promote a quality-first mindset by proactively managing leading indicators of quality while balancing speed, efficiency, and user experience.
Serve as a technical lead and source of direction for associates across the team, helping raise automation maturity and engineering discipline.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for tooling, frameworks, CI/CD enablement, and quality engineering best practices.
