Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive our two core growth engines:
Higher Education Institutional Alliances: Securing formal MoUs and institutional audit contracts with universities and engineering colleges.
Corporate Employer Network: Partnering with CTOs, HR Directors, and Talent Acquisition heads to consume EvalentX’s pre-assessed talent pool.
If you have a robust network among Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and corporate hiring heads, or have previously worked at leading talent assessment platforms, this role offers an exceptional platform for growth and financial rewards.
Key Responsibilities1. Institutional Alliances (University/College Network)
Pitch and secure formal MoUs and Institutional Contracts with Engineering, Management, and University campuses across India.
Position Athena AI as the primary diagnostic assessment engine for campus placement readiness and skill gap audits.
Build long-term relationships with T&P; Directors, Deans, and University Management to secure batch-wide student assessment drives.
2. Corporate Network Development
Pitch CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and TA Leads on EvalentX Skill Passports (live code execution + voice articulation scores).
Lock in hiring agreements/MoUs with corporate recruiters to provide them zero-friction, pre-vetted candidate pools.
Organize corporate talent spotlight drives and connect top-tier assessed candidates directly with enterprise hiring pipelines.
