Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Chandigarh. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new partnerships with educational institutions, training providers, and corporate clients in India and other target markets.



The role involves managing the full business development cycle, including prospecting, relationship building, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing agreements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing outreach strategies, coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system. The Business Development Manager will also represent the company at events, presentations, and meetings, prepare regular performance reports, and support marketing and branding initiatives to increase awareness of Quality New Zealand Education’s programs.
