The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a core contributor on our engineering team, building the high-performance backend systems and AI agentic workflows that power our platform. Working closely with the founding team, you will own significant technical areas end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through to deployment and help set the technical bar as we scale.
Short qualifying interview (15 mins)
Software Engineering Test (1 hour)
Formal interview with CEO (1 hour)
What You'll Do:
AI & Backend Engineering
System Architecture: Architect and build high-performance backend systems using Python (FastAPI/Django) to power AI copilots and automation tools.
AI Agent Innovation: Research and implement novel approaches for long-context handling, cascading error reduction, and structured outputs.
Data Intelligence: Design synthetic data pipelines and automated verification systems to strengthen model performance.
Infrastructure & Security: Contribute to DevOps, platform security, and deployment pipelines to ensure low latency and high reliability.
Operational Excellence
Quality Standards: Uphold engineering standards, follow and help shape best practices, and participate in code reviews to ensure a maintainable codebase with strong test coverage.
