Role Description The Billing Engineer is a full-time role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office coordination with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing quantity take-offs, and ensuring accurate billing for construction and redevelopment projects. The role involves conducting rate analysis, coordinating with project teams and contractors to validate work quantities,
and maintaining up-to-date billing records in relevant systems. The Billing Engineer will also review project documents and drawings, support budgeting and cost control efforts, and assist in resolving billing discrepancies to ensure timely payments and clear documentation. Collaboration with site engineers, project managers, and finance teams is essential to support transparent and efficient project execution.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Quantity Surveying and BOQ preparation skills, including detailed measurement and quantity take-off capabilities.
