Job Summary We are currently looking for Associate Manager-People Capability Operations for our People Capability Ops Team in Bangalore. The incumbent will have to manage the delivery of Group Learning Projects and assist the classroom (both ILT and VILT) and e-learning development and deployments for the bank. Key Responsibilities The prospective candidate should have the following skillsets: • Excellent English communication & business writing skills (both verbal and written) • Experience in managing projects and its overall deliverables • Good in analytical skills • Good experience in stakeholder management • Excellent hands-on working knowledge in Ms-Excel (usage of formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, power BI, preparation of dashboards and reports etc) • Valuable hands-on experience in MS-PPT and have made presentation to senior stakeholders • e)
