Role Description This is a full time, in office Recruiter role based in Vijayawada. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.



The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, developing role-specific job descriptions, and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future requirements. The Recruiter will support offer negotiations, onboarding activities, and ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The position also requires maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, tracking hiring metrics, and collaborating with HR to improve recruitment strategies and employer branding.
