We're hiring a single owner for design across our ad-tech ecosystem — end-user experience, developer experience, and UI — not three disconnected functions. This is a leadership role: you set the strategy, others build against it.

Why this is role
A trader reading a real-time bid stream, a developer integrating our MCP-based SDK, and a designer choosing a dark-mode token are all facing the same underlying problem: friction between intention and system response. We want one person accountable for solving that coherently across the whole platform.

What you'll own
Experience strategy — Define how it feels to operate our DSP, SSP, and Ad Exchange products under real-time pressure: dense data made legible, trust built through transparency, speed that feels earned. Set a consistent experience precedent across our product ecosystem (Ravaki, Tejaki, Cogito, State of Ads).
Developer experience — Own the SDK/API experience end to end: time-to-first-integration, sandbox-to-production friction, key management, error messaging.



Set the bar for documentation as a designed product. Define how we communicate versioning and breaking changes without breaking trust. Establish response-time and performance expectations across surfaces.
UI and design systems — Direct the component language and design system across products. Own decisions on tokens, theming, and accessibility standards with engineering. Review and approve UI work against the strategy you set.
AI-native experience thinking — Genuinely enjoy working with AI, not just tolerate it. Understand use cases and experience needs across very different audiences: developers, the developer community, gamers, podcasters, content creators, and the advertising community. Design with Gen Z attention patterns in mind, and know how to read and apply attention metrics rather than guess at them.
