About the Role
We're looking for an Admissions Counsellor who are extremely customer centric and are excited by the challenges of a recent emerging business environment. As an Admissions Counselor you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners,
generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students on various online and executive education programs.
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their career goals.
Handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive enrollments.
Build strong relationships with candidates through regular follow-ups and personalized counseling.
Explain program features, fee structures, financing options, and admission processes.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
