Job Responsibilities:
• Support the operations team in managing day-to-day agency workflows.
Assist with vendor coordination, logistics, and internal process documentation.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Provide insights and reports on operational efficiency and bottlenecks.
Help resolve operational queries and assist in streamlining processes.
