Role Description The Production Manager role at MANE in Naidupeta is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations in fragrance and flavor production. This role includes planning and scheduling production, managing resources, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Production Manager will supervise and develop production teams, monitor performance metrics,



and drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and cost control. They will coordinate with quality, maintenance, supply chain, and R&D; to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and support new product introductions.
