Key Responsibilities

Employer Relations: Develop and maintain solid relationships with companies and

organizations to identify job openings, internships, and placement opportunities.

Career Services: Provide career counseling, assist with resume building, and conduct

workshops on interview techniques and job search strategies.

Placement Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage recruitment drives, job fairs, and

campus placement events to connect job seekers with employers.

Candidate Preparation: Prepare students/job seekers through training in soft skills,

aptitude tests, mock interviews, and group discussions to enhance their employability.

Database Management: Maintain and update databases of students, employers, and

placement records to generate insights for career planning and reporting.

Guidance and Support: Offer personalized career support,

Reporting: Track and report placement outcomes, feedback, and employer satisfaction

to improve future initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or training &

development (preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or database tools.
Passionate about guiding and helping students/job seekers achieve career success.
