About the Role
MAS World is an AI software company building innovative AI and technology solutions for businesses.
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager to lead business development, client acquisition, and strategic relationship building.
This is a senior, relationship-driven role for someone who has strong business connections and can independently identify opportunities, connect with decision-makers, generate qualified meetings, and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B business development strategies.
Identify and approach potential business clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, founders, directors, and senior decision-makers.
Generate qualified business opportunities through personal networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct outreach.
Arrange and conduct client meetings and business discussions.




Understand client requirements and present suitable AI software and technology solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closure.
Prepare and follow up on business proposals and commercial discussions.
Develop long-term relationships with clients and strategic business partners.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Consistently work toward business development and revenue targets.
Identify recent markets, industries, partnerships, and strategic opportunities.
Represent MAS World professionally in meetings with senior business leaders.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, enterprise sales, relationship management, or a similar role.
Strong professional network among business owners, founders, directors, promoters, and decision-makers.
Proven ability to generate business through relationships and networking.
