Company Description Swati Vijaivargie is a Jaipur-based designer and NIFT graduate who has built a distinctive womenswear label rooted in vibrant colors and unique textiles. After gaining experience with established labels and in home textiles and rugs, Swati launched her clothing line “Rang by Swati Vijaivargie” in 2010. The brand is known for thread-resist Shibori, tie-dye, and embroidery techniques on rich, pure fabrics to create clean, contemporary garments with international appeal. Collections are retailed through leading multi-designer boutiques such as Aza, Ogaan, Elan, Collage, Aura, and Bombain. The label’s textile designs have been showcased and appreciated at international fairs like Heimtextil in Frankfurt, Domotex in Hannover, and multiple pan-Indian exhibitions.
Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Jaipur. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish daily content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels,



aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and campaign goals. Responsibilities include creating engaging photo and video content, writing captions and short-form copy, scheduling posts, and coordinating with the design and marketing teams to showcase collections, behind-the-scenes stories, and brand narratives. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, engaging with the online community through comments and messages, and supporting influencer collaborations and social media campaigns. The Social Media Content Creator will help maintain a consistent visual identity and voice, ensuring timely coverage of new launches, events, and collaborations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, including photography, videography, and basic editing for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
Ability to write clear, engaging captions and short-form copy that reflects the brand’s tone and enhances visual storytelling.
