What We're Looking For
We are specifically looking for candidates with:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle
Practical experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for US-based requirements
Strong knowledge of W-2 and 1099 hiring models
Experience working with US Citizens, Green Card holders, and TN vi
