Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Performance Marketer role based in Bengaluru. The role involves owning and optimizing performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ads to drive measurable revenue and customer acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing performance marketing strategies, conducting audience and keyword research, setting up and managing campaigns, monitoring performance dashboards, and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates.



The Senior Performance Marketer will analyze funnel metrics, prepare insightful reports, collaborate with creative and influencer teams to align messaging, and recommend budget allocations across channels. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, staying updated on platform best practices, and proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in paid media, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and marketplace advertising (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, other e-commerce platforms).
Proficiency in performance analytics and optimization, including A/B testing, bid and budget optimization, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
Experience with tracking and measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and attribution modeling.
