Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Care Skilled role based in Ludhiana. The Customer Care Professional will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about gifting solutions,



order status, and customized options. The role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams on orders and deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of communication and service requests.
