We are a 9-room boutique hotel with an in-house restaurant, pizzeria and bar in Dharamshala. We are looking for one person to own our Instagram end to end and turn it into bookings.
The job
Post 1-2 times a day on Instagram. Reels, stories, carousels, all shot on-property by you.
Shoot and edit yourself. Rooms, food, the bar, the mountains, guests, weather, festivals.
Answer every comment and DM within 4 hours, and turn enquiries into room and table bookings.
Find travel and food creators, cold DM them, negotiate barter stays, host them, and make sure they actually post and leave a review.
Run our Google Business Profile and a post-stay review push.
Build our photo and video library, roughly 200 photos and 20 clips in the first two months.
Send one page of numbers every Monday: reach, DM enquiries, bookings, collabs, reviews.

Comfortable with cold outreach, DMs and being ignored before someone says yes
Write captions in English and Hindi that sound human
Own a phone with a high-quality camera — recent iPhone or flagship Samsung, or equivalent. We do not provide a camera or a phone. We provide gimbal, tripod, lights and Canva Pro.

Pay: ₹15,000/month fixed plus up to ₹4,000/month performance pay against explicit monthly KPIs, plus a discretionary annual bonus. Meals on shift.

Followers are not the target. Bookings, reviews and creator posts that actually go live are.
