Credgenics is India's leading technology-enabled debt recovery and collections platform. We partner with banks, NBFCs and digital lending institutions to modernize collections through automation, AI-driven borrower engagement, and integrated legal workflows — helping lenders improve recovery rates while reducing collection costs and NPAs. As we scale across BFSI and expand into new geographies, we're building a sales leadership team that can open doors at the CXO level in India's largest financial institutions.

Role Summary
We are looking for a Director – Sales to lead enterprise new-business acquisition for Credgenics' collections and recovery SaaS platform. This is a quota-carrying, individually-accountable leadership role that also builds and mentors a team of sales professionals over time. You will own the full sales cycle for large BFSI accounts — from prospecting and stakeholder mapping through solutioning, commercial negotiation, and closure — while working closely with product, customer success, and leadership to shape go-to-market strategy.




This role suits a sales leader with a strong track record in enterprise SaaS or fintech, who has sold to banks, NBFCs, or large regulated enterprises, and who is comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, compliance, and CXO relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
Drive pure hunting and recent-logo acquisition across BFSI, proactively identifying and closing net-new accounts to expand Credgenics' client base.
Own and drive new-business revenue for a defined territory or account set within BFSI (banks, NBFCs, digital lenders), carrying a direct sales quota.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, partnerships, referrals, and inbound qualification.
Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — engaging CXOs, collections heads, risk, legal, and IT/compliance teams within prospect organizations.
