Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a focus on brands and enterprises that can benefit from Studio Mürb’s integrated creative and marketing services. This full-time remote role involves prospecting and lead generation, managing a pipeline of potential clients,



conducting discovery calls, and presenting tailored proposals and capabilities decks. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to translate client needs into clear scopes of work, coordinating with account management to ensure smooth onboarding, and maintaining long-term relationships that support client growth. The Business Development Executive will track performance metrics, maintain CRM records, support negotiations, and regularly report on business development activities, market trends, and competitive insights.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 Year of agency experience is mandatory. The candidate should have a fair knowledge of how creative services are sold, scoped and closed.
