Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a senior leader, entrepreneur, or C-suite executive.
Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing dynamic schedules and priorities.

What You Will Do

EXECUTIVE SUPPORT:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
Handle email correspondence, calls, and meeting requests with efficiency and discretion.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
Track follow-ups, monitor project timelines, and ensure all deliverables and commitments are met.
BUSINESS COORDINATION:




Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Support the creation of business decks, proposals, and meeting documentation.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare insights for strategic discussions and key initiatives.
Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism in all business matters.
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE:
Oversee personal appointments, errands, and logistics as required.
Coordinate family and personal travel, events, and important occasions.
Manage reimbursements, expenses, and financial tracking for both personal and qualified requirements.
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY:
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimise the CEO's time management.
Maintain task lists, reminders, and ensure timely execution of priorities.
Assist in planning and coordination of company events and CEO-led initiatives.
