Role Description The Senior Pattern Maker is a full time, on-site role based in South Delhi. The role involves developing, adjusting, and finalizing patterns for a variety of garments, ensuring accurate fit, construction, and alignment with design specifications. Daily responsibilities include interpreting technical packs and sketches, creating patterns manually and using CAD tools, supervising sample fittings, and coordinating with design, sampling, and production teams to resolve fit or construction issues.



The Senior Pattern Maker will also check grading, measurements, and seam allowances, provide guidance to junior pattern makers, and support continuous improvement in pattern-making processes and garment quality.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Pattern Making and Pattern Design for woven and knit garments.
Proficiency in Fitting and garment construction evaluation, including size and grading checks.
Hands-on Sewing skills to create prototypes and verify pattern accuracy.
Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for pattern development and modifications.
Relevant technical education in fashion design, pattern making, or garment technology.
Several years of experience in pattern making within apparel manufacturing, preferably exporting brands.
Attention to detail, strong measurement and math skills, and ability to read technical specifications.
Effective communication and collaboration skills
