Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with prospective learners through calls, messages, and emails to understand their career goals and present suitable ShikshaVertex programs. The specialist will handle lead qualification, follow-up, and conversion, while maintaining detailed records in CRM tools. Daily responsibilities include explaining program features and perks,
addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive pre-enrollment experience. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation strategies and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience in handling inbound and outbound inquiries.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present information clearly and persuasively.
Candidates should possess basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, and the ability to work with data to track leads and conversions.
Relevant experience in EdTech, E-learning, or education counseling is beneficial.
