Key Responsibilities:
Monitor service operations, case management, and queue performance.
Conduct quality audits and provide coaching to team members.
Deliver onboarding and ongoing technical training.
Analyze operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Manage escalations and ensure process compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Storage technologies and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience in service operations, case management, and reporting.
