Artociti is looking for a Logistics Manager who can take ownership of our growing domestic and international logistics operations.
This isn’t just a role where you track AWBs and follow up on shipments. We’re looking for someone who can anticipate problems before they become problems, build robust relationships with logistics partners, and create a logistics network that can scale with us.
What you’ll be responsible for
• Lead and manage the Logistics team and day-to-day operations
• Track domestic and international shipments from dispatch to delivery
• Identify delayed, stuck, damaged or high-risk shipments proactively
• Anticipate logistics issues and take corrective action before they impact customers
• Manage relationships with courier, freight, transport and international logistics partners
• Negotiate rates, service levels and commercial terms with logistics providers
• Identify and onboard new logistics partners across India and international markets
• Continuously evaluate logistics performance, costs, transit times and RTOs
• Build systems and processes to improve shipment visibility and accountability
• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Customer Support and Sales teams
• Handle escalations and ensure critical shipments receive immediate attention
• Develop domestic and international logistics capabilities as Artociti expands globally
Who we’re looking for
Someone who is hands-on, analytical and extremely proactive.
You should be comfortable picking up the phone and solving problems, negotiating with vendors, managing a team, analysing shipment data and saying, “This shipment looks like it may become a problem” — before the customer says it.
Experience with e-commerce logistics, courier aggregators, freight forwarding, international shipping and export documentation will be a st
