About East Coast Lubricant

East Coast Lubricant is a growing Canadian distributor of premium automotive lubricants serving automotive repair shops, dealerships, fleet operators, trucking companies, and commercial businesses throughout Nova Scotia, Canada.
We are seeking a motivated and confident Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in India to generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead qualification, dealer registration, and appointment setting.
This is an inside sales role supporting our Canadian field sales team.

Position Overview

As a Remote Sales Representative, you will contact automotive businesses across Nova Scotia using our Canadian business phone system.

Your primary objective is to:
Make outbound business-to-business (B2B) calls
Introduce East Coast Lubricant products
Identify qualified prospects
Register dealers and garages in our portal
Schedule follow-up meetings
Generate first customer orders
Support the growth of our Canadian sales network




Working Hours
Monday to Friday
India Time: Approximately 6:00 PM to 1:30 AM IST
Compensation
Fixed Salary
₹20,000 per month

Performance Incentives
₹800 for every qualified dealer or garage registration
₹2,500 for every customer's first paid order
1% commission on repeat orders for the first 3 months
Additional monthly performance bonuses
Earning Potential
Robust performers can earn ₹35,000 to ₹60,000+ per month through incentives and commissions.
