Role Description The Political Researcher will work on-site in Panaji in a full-time capacity, supporting political communications and campaign strategy with rigorous research and analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring news, social media,



policy developments, and public opinion trends to identify insights relevant to political clients and campaigns. The role involves gathering and synthesizing data from polls, media coverage, legislative records, and stakeholder communications, and producing clear, concise briefs, reports, and memos for internal teams and clients. The Political Researcher collaborates closely with strategists, communications professionals, and digital teams to inform messaging, voter targeting, and advocacy efforts, and helps assess the effectiveness of narratives in real time. This position also supports scenario planning and risk assessment, identifying opportunities and challenges that could affect campaign outcomes.
