We're hiring the first leader of our India operations.

We're a US health tech SaaS company and we're setting up our India presence from scratch, not backfilling a role someone else built. I'm looking for the person who will stand it up: entity, compliance, first hires, the whole thing.

The role is Country Head / Head of India Operations, based out of Bengaluru. You'd report directly to our US leadership (Group CEO in Austin, Texas) and be the one accountable person on the ground.
What you'd be doing:

Hiring and building out teams in customer support, US HealthTech, RCM/medical billing, QA, and engineering support
Owning data security and compliance for how we handle US patient data offshore
Being the connective tissue between India and our US exec team

Who I think this is for: someone who's actually built a GCC or captive center from an early stage before, not someone who's only run one that already existed. Health tech or US healthcare ops background is a real plus. You should be comfortable with a lot of ambiguity and a long leash.
Compensation is competitive and includes meaningful equity, happy to talk specifics with the right person.
