Role Description The Influencer Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms within the education and exam-prep space.



Day-to-day tasks include planning influencer campaigns, negotiating deliverables and budgets, coordinating content calendars, and ensuring timely posting aligned with product launches and academic cycles. The Influencer Marketing Manager will track performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. This role will collaborate closely with the social media, creative, and product teams to brief influencers, align messaging with brand guidelines, and maintain consistent communication throughout each campaign.
