About the role
You will work directly with the CEO to build relationships with the people who can accelerate the Company.

You will identify and engage technical experts, advisors, investors, industry operators, potential recruits, customers, and other high-value stakeholders. You will research the right people, understand why they matter, develop compelling outreach, manage follow-up, and convert cold or warm introductions into productive conversations.

This is a hands-on role spanning research, writing, relationship development, executive communications, AI-enabled prospecting, and operational follow-through. Success is measured by high-quality conversations and relationships created, not the volume of messages sent.

Key responsibilities
Identify high-value advisors, technical experts, investors, recruits, partners, and industry operators relevant to Company’s priorities.
Research individuals deeply enough to understand their expertise, interests, relationships, and the strongest reason to engage.
Write concise, highly personalized outreach and follow-ups across LinkedIn, email,



introductions, and other channels.
Learn the CEO’s voice and communicate with the judgment and context required to represent him effectively.
Build relationship maps to identify warm introductions through investors, advisors, founders, alumni, and industry networks.
Manage outreach from initial research through response, follow-up, meeting scheduling, and next action.
Prepare the CEO for conversations with concise background, context, objectives, and recommended questions.
Maintain a rigorous CRM of targets, conversations, relationships, responses, and next actions.
Use AI, agents, enrichment tools, and automation to increase research and outreach throughput without sacrificing personalization.
Continuously test messaging, targeting, channels, and follow-up strategies to improve response and meeting-conversion rates.
