Role Description The Location Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing branch operations and business growth in the assigned territory.



This role involves managing daily sales activities, driving loan disbursement targets, and ensuring portfolio quality across vehicle and housing finance products. The Location Business Manager will lead and mentor a local team, coordinate with credit, collections, and back-office functions, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and customers. Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, and preparing regular performance reports. The role also involves implementing process improvements, promoting digital platforms, and delivering a high standard of customer service to support sustainable growth for the location.
