Role Description The Senior Sales Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi,



responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through designated bancassurance channels and local partner branches. This role includes generating and qualifying leads, meeting prospective customers, conducting need-based financial discussions, and presenting suitable insurance solutions from the company’s product portfolio. The Senior Sales Officer will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal documentation, follow-up, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance. Daily responsibilities involve maintaining strong relationships with bank staff, supporting branch sales activities, conducting product trainings, and participating in customer outreach initiatives. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards, and active contribution to achieving branch and regional sales targets.
