Qualifications And Experience Required

Regular bachelor’s degree in /Mechanical/Civil /Environmental with Post Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from a reputed institute
8 to 10 years of work experience preferred.

About The Role

Lead and drive the overall Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) strategy, governance, and compliance framework for the manufacturing site in alignment with company standards and applicable Karnataka statutory requirements.




Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations including the Factories Act, Karnataka Factories Rules, Setting Protection Act, Water & Air Acts, Hazardous Waste Rules, PESO regulations, Fire Safety norms, Electrical Safety regulations, Occupational Health standards, and Karnataka Labour Department requirements.
Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities including DISH, Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB), Fire Department, PESO, Labour Department, and local statutory authorities.
Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all statutory licenses, approvals, consents, permits, Fire NOCs, hazardous waste authorizations, and environmental clearances.
Lead preparation and submission of statutory returns, environmental statements, compliance reports, and regulatory documentation within defined timelines.
Coordinate and manage all government inspections, statutory audits, regulatory visits
