Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Intern role based in Kolkata. The intern will support daily back office operations, including data entry, documentation, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Responsibilities include assisting with customer queries routed to the back office, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely follow-up, and supporting basic finance and sales-related administrative tasks.



The role also involves preparing reports, organizing files, and contributing to process improvements under guidance from supervisors. The Back Office Intern will work closely with team members to ensure smooth operational support and effective internal communication.

Ability to perform Back Office Operations such as data entry, record management, and documentation with accuracy.
