Role Description The Prep Cook role at Fruitify is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as planning, ordering support, or coordination. On-site responsibilities include washing, cutting, and assembling fresh fruit, preparing ingredients, and ensuring all bowls are made according to company standards and recipes.

The Prep Cook maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, follows food safety and hygiene protocols,



and assists with basic cooking or baking tasks as needed. The role also involves coordinating with the kitchen team and delivery staff to meet daily production targets, managing inventory of ingredients, and reporting any quality issues promptly.

Occasional administrative or planning work may be performed remotely, while core food preparation duties are completed in the Bengaluru facility.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Food Preparation and basic Cooking techniques for fresh fruit and related items.
Experience or interest in the Food & Beverage sector, particularly in healthy or fresh food concepts.
Clear and respectful Communication skills for coordinating with kitchen, delivery, and operations teams.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen environment.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru for prep shifts and manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting.
