Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full time, on-site position based in Malappuram. The Sales Officer will identify and qualify prospective customers, generate and manage leads, and conduct property presentations and site visits. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams on pricing, documentation,



and sales operations, and updating CRM or sales records. The role also involves managing channel sales partners, following up on leads to close sales, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, and representing HiLITE Builders at local events or promotions as needed.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to manage pipelines, track prospects, and support smooth sales processes.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present projects clearly and negotiate effectively.
Experience in Channel Sales or partner management to collaborate with brokers, agents, and other external stakeholders.
Prior experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
