Senior Human Resources Manager

Mardamed Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing healthcare organization looking for a robust, hands-on HR leader to manage end-to-end HR operations and build scalable people processes.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
• Offer and appointment letters, onboarding, confirmations, and exit processes
• Drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs
• Managing HR operations and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
• Employee relations, engagement, and leadership support
Requirements
• 6–10+ years of core HR experience
• Medical background (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
• Experience in the healthcare sector preferred
• Hospital Management / Healthcare Management qualification preferred
• Immediate or short-notice candidates preferred
