Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Management Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Healthcare Management Specialist will manage and coordinate preventive and wellness programs for corporate clients, schools, and other partner organizations. Responsibilities include overseeing case management activities, tracking health outcomes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.



The role involves working closely with internal teams, health providers, and client representatives to design and optimize wellness initiatives, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement. The specialist will also prepare reports, analyze program performance, and contribute to the development of new health and wellness offerings.
Qualifications
